Donnie Wahlberg Is Worried He'll be 'Canceled' for the Controversial Gift He Bought His Wife
Donnie Wahlberg got wife Jenny McCarthy an exercise bike for Christmas.
The Blue Bloods star posted a joke on Instagram asking fans if he’d be “canceled” over the gift, considering the recent scandal with Peloton.

High-end exercise brand Peloton got heat for their controversial Christmas commercial just a few weeks back. The ad followed a man who gave his perfectly fit wife an indoor cycling bike for Christmas, and the outcry was heard around the world. So you can imagine why the Blue Bloods star was a little hesitant to post the present he got for Jenny McCarthy on social media.
Thus, he posed the following question:

“So, if a guys wife really wants him to get her an exercise bike for Christmas, even if she doesn’t appear to need one, and her husband thinks she is perfect in every way, but the wife thinks the bike will give her tremendous joy and she has told her husband on NUMEROUS OCCASIONS that she really wants one—all facts—is he a good hubby if he surprises her with the bike or does he get canceled? Asking for a friend.”

Some of his followers still cautioned Donnie, one even suggested buying her jewelry just in case which we stand behind, but Jenny herself responded with nothing but love.
“OMG!!!!!! Donnie!! You got it for me?!?!!!!!! Thank you mister!!!!” she wrote. “And you’re hilarious!!! I love you!!!”
So all appears well in the Wahlberg-McCarthy house. Though after seeing inside their swanky Chicago pad we do have questions about where they’re going to put the new piece of equipment...
