Padma Lakshmi Talks About Dating Women
Padma Lakshmi sat down with Andy Cohen and Tyler Perry for a chat on Watch What Happens Live, Thursday. A caller asked the Top Chef host, “You wrote in your book that you were with a woman in Milan, I was curious, when was the last time you took a dip in the lady pond?”
Lakshmi responded, “Not for a really long time. You know, it happened when I was in my 20s, and yes, I was modeling in Milan, and I think I was just curious, and I happen to think a woman’s body is one of the most beautiful forms in nature.”
Lakshmi went on to say that even though she hasn’t been romantic with a woman in a long time, there’s still a lot of life to live. Which is why she probably ended her answer by saying “I mean, never say never.”
