The Kansas City Chiefs clinched a record fifth straight AFC West division title Sunday, edging the Miami Dolphins 33-27 to reach that honor. The last time Patrick Mahomes and company were in South Beach, they were lifting the Lombardi Trophy for the first time in 50 years. As Mahomes himself said following the match, “seems like every time we leave this stadium we have a hat of some type of thing we accomplished.”
