At 48, Heidi Klum Can't Stop Sharing Bikini Photos Of Her đŸ”„ Abs On Vacay

  • Heidi Klum, 48, shared a bunch of new Instagram photos wearing a bikini or only a bikini bottom.

  • The supermodel's whole bod is looking super toned, especially her abs and legs, from all angles.

  • Heidi says she stays fit by working out daily with mainly swimming and running. And, she generally avoids carbs in her diet.

Model Heidi Klum, 48, is currently living her best life on a beach vacation. In addition to stunning seaside scenes, she's also showing off her hard work from her workouts in her latest Instagram bikini snaps. Heidi shared two posts in the span of a few hours, and she looks fitter than ever.

"You make me smile every day đŸ€“â€ïž," she captioned the first post. Heidi does have a giant grin on her face.

In the photo, she's rocking a flower print bikini while sitting next to her husband, Tom Kaulitz, on a couch where she's working on her laptop and also donning a pair of chic reading glasses. It's totally casual, until you catch a glimpse of her sculpted abs.

And in her second post, she shared three more bikini snaps (taken by her hubby) from behind that show off her toned butt. She's wearing just a pair of bikini bottoms (no top!) and a delicate gold belly chain, and she's looking out at an amazing view of the beach. Again, Heidi's whole bod looks seriously strong from all angles.

Heidi has shared some of her fitness secrets that helped her maintain "The Body" over the years. She's a big fan of swimming, which she did a lot of during quarantine. “I’m fortunate enough to have a pool at home and, when the pandemic started, I began swimming 20 laps a day,” she told Women’s Health UK. “Low-impact exercise like this is much better for my joints than running on a treadmill."

But, not all her workouts are in the water. She does like to run, ideally outside. "I don't love running on a treadmill," she previously told Women’s Health. "I really prefer to be outside or get my exercise in while playing with my kids. But sometimes, after I've run those two miles and I check it off the list, I'm happy I took the time."

As for her diet, Heidi also told Women’s Health UK that she tries to stay away from carbs. “There’s pasta, bread, chicken, fish and vegetables,” she says. “I’ll eat everything but the pasta and bread. Do I want pasta? I do. I choose not to eat it.” She also told ET that she prefers to cook and doesn't eat out that much, and usually stops eating by 6 p.m.

With those healthy habits, The Body is certainly looking stronger than ever.
