At 48, Kate Beckinsale's Legs Are Legendary In A Sheer Minidress On Instagram
  • Kate Beckinsale, 48, just showed off her long, lean legs in a brand new Instagram post.

  • The actress looked stronger than ever while posing in a ruffled, sheer, black minidress with a long train.

  • Grueling interval workouts six days a week and the occasional yoga class help Kate stay fit.

This is not a drill: Kate Beckinsale is having another major leg moment. The Jolt star, 48, just posted a brand new photo dump on Instagram starring her super sculpted lower half. In the pics, Kate rocks a sheer, ruffled, black minidress that's short in the front with a long train.

"💕💕💕💕💕💕," Kate captioned her post. And fans couldn't get over how toned she looks. "Gorgeous 😍🔥🔥🔥🔥," wrote Paris Hilton, while someone else added, "fittttttt." (Icons supporting icons? You love to see it.)

Luckily, Kate has been more than open about the intense fitness routine she follows to stay in such great shape.

Kate revealed to Women's Health that she usually works out six days a week with her trainer, Brad Siskind, of Gunnar Peterson's gym. Kate likes to get her sweat on in the morning—and, according to Brad, she's unstoppable in the gym.

"She’s a strong person," he told WH. "She rarely misses a workout. If she does, there’s a good reason. Because otherwise, she’s crushing it.”

Brad helps Kate sculpt her whole body using eight compound exercises that each work two separate muscle groups. That could mean doing situps with combination punches, or powering through a biceps curl while she squats.

After that, Kate does 90 to 120 seconds of a cardio interval, either on the VersaClimber or a rowing machine. Then, she repeats the same circuit of compound exercises—this time, with an added challenge, like more reps or heavier weights. Later, she crushes another cardio interval. And, every workout ends with a stretching session. (TBH, I'm exhausted just thinking about it.)

Outside of the gym, Kate does some of her favorite, quick exercises as a pick-me-up. Mini trampoline workouts in her kitchen are one of her go-tos: Kate says the classes she streams through the LEKFit app are "the greatest thing."

“It makes you feel kind of jolly!” she explained.

Other days, especially while she's traveling, Kate prefers a quick yoga class. “You’ll find yourself in Bulgaria, and you don’t know anyone, and they’ll say, ‘Well, we have a trainer who’s available, and he’s literally called The Punisher,’” she told WH.

Um, yikes. Instead, Kate brings pre-recorded yoga workouts by Mandy Ingber and Jessica James with her. But recently, she had to put her workouts on pause after injuring her back while filming The Prisoner.

"Having done eight or 900 action movies, I hurt myself putting on a pair of leggings in my hotel room," she shared on The Late Late Show With James Corden. "I was in my hotel room putting on a pair of leggings, and it felt like a sort of guitar string snapped and everything was horrible. I mean, worse than having a baby bad, like bad. I couldn't walk, I couldn't lie down, I couldn't sit down. I couldn't do anything."

As for her diet, Kate eats a protein-packed diet filled with plenty of veggies. For breakfast, she loves chicken or a plate of eggs made with grass-fed butter. Lunch and dinner might be her favorite salad made with radishes, Brussels sprouts, and safflower oil, or a piece of salmon. Snack-wise, she loves a good potato chip—which, same.

Now, Kate is back to her best self (and clearly living her best life). Killing it!
