Dr. Pimple Popper Just Tackled A 'Quail Egg' Eye Milia And I Am Screaming
  • Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper is back, and this time, she's tackling a truly massive milia that looks like a quail egg.

  • Dr. P has to be extra careful and gentle because this milia is located right above the male patient's right eyelid.

  • After much prodding to get the sac out in one piece, our good doctor finally decides that this bump needs some major deflation!

Gather ’round, folks! Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper just removed one of the biggest eye milia she’s ever seen and it is epic.

Dr. P definitely had her work cut out for her with this new milia posted to her Instagram. ICYMI: A milia is a teeny tiny white bump on the skin, particularly around the eyes. It's formed when keratin is trapped beneath the skin's outermost layer. The size of a quail egg, this sucker was so big it could be considered a cyst, the doctor said!

“This was one of the biggest milia I have ever seen, especially for it being so close to the eye. I might even consider it a cyst, it's so big! So happy I was able to extract this for this patient! ❤️,” Dr. P captioned the video.

Now, this cyst-cum-milia looked like a straight-up egg when the doctor starts her work. This poor guy looked so uncomfortable too, so he definitely came to the right gal. Initially, Dr. P starts out trying to get it out whole—but it's too stubborn. So our girl gets in there with her scalpel and makes a sliver of an incision right down the middle of the milia in question.

Once she starts squeezing, it's clear that this milia will. not. quit.

A goo reminiscent of chunky cottage cheese started gushing out. "Well, we almost got it all the way out," Dr. P says after a few seconds of prodding. "But I squeezed the rest of it just to deflate it a little."

Then came time for the sac: I was on the edge of my seat as Dr. P snipped and poked around the sides, eventually dislodging the sac from underneath—giving this guy some much-deserved relief!

Commenters also felt for the patient, praising Dr. P for her handiwork.

“Thank you, Dr. for helping so many people. Love watching your show. ❤️” wrote one commenter. “Wow what a relief he must have felt. Amazing 👏” another wrote. "An eye for an eye 😂😂😂," said another.
