Dr. Pimple Popper Pops A Cheek Cyst With A Surprise Inside On IG
Dr. Pimple Popper just popped a huge cheek cyst with a hidden surprise in a brand new Instagram video.
She uses her fingers to squeeze the cyst—but the pop doesn't exactly go as planned.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, has squeezed some of the biggest and toughest cysts around. From cysts filled with hair to neck cysts that look like "larvae" and even seven gigantic cysts in a row, she's not one to shy away from a gnarly challenge.
So of course, Dr. Pimple Popper kept her cool when faced with a huge cyst surprise. While popping a patient's cheek cyst, she suddenly found herself in the splash zone (and not in a fun way).
She posted a video on Instagram showing all the intense popping action in slow motion. Using her fingers, Dr. Pimple Popper gently squeezes the cheek cyst. At first, it looks pretty normal—but then, something squirts out in midair.
"Starting Friday with a smile! 😆#drpimplepopper #cyst," she captioned the clip:
You can tell Dr. Pimple Popper is super focused because she's pretty quiet in the vid. "I see it now, it's definitely a cyst," she says after the first squeeze. As she starts pressing harder, she tells her patient, "just squeezing your cheek, like grandma does."
Fans in the comments were blown away by the satisfying surprise. "When the sack comes out, is always my favorite!!" one popaholic wrote. "I don’t know how much you get paid but you don’t get paid enough," someone else added (which, totally agree there).
