'DWTS' Judge Carrie Ann Inaba Posts Super Cryptic Instagram Before Sharing Major Personal News

Dancing With the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba has shared some major personal news.
As fans may know, in September 2020, she excitedly announced on Instagram that she was in a new relationship with a man named Fabien Viteri. Shortly after, Carrie Ann revealed on The Talk that she met her boyfriend while walking her dog around the neighborhood that past summer. As it turned out, the two were neighbors with pets. Fast forward, in May 2021, the TV personality shared that they had gone their separate ways but fans continued to see photos of them together.
Most recently, Carrie cleared up the air by addressing the question many have wondered: Is she still dating Fabien? But before doing so, the DWTS judge posted a cryptic Instagram post, seemingly alluding to her relationship news.
“If this isn’t life, I don’t know what is… 😄,” she captioned a 30-second video on June 17. “Have faith…. 🥰. Everything works out in the end. 🥳✨😍." A similar message was echoed in the clip, which read, “Things don’t always go as planned… #inspireheartsandminds.”
A few days later, on June 20, The Sun reported that Carrie Ann and Fabien were no longer together. Speaking with the outlet, she confirmed that they had closed the chapter on their romance for the last time after dating on and off since summer 2020. Despite having a difficult time during their first separation last spring, Carrie expressed how content she's felt lately.
"I am happier than I have ever been,” she told the publication. “The pandemic was a good time to do introspection and work on things that weren't so great and change parts of myself and delve deeper."
Carrie continued: "I am really settled. I am 54, and yes, I am single. To some people, that can be triggering, and even for myself, at points, it has been. But it is absolutely special because it is my life. I am making choices that feel really good to me."
What’s more, she encouraged this positive sentiment amongst with her Instagram followers through another video.
“Woke up this morning. Got up outta my bed. I looked around. This is what I said, ‘Thank you Lord for another day. All the blessings you send my way 🤍. Have a beautiful day. 😘,” she wrote in the Instagram Reel inspired after the “Another Blessing” by True Believers.
