Hailey Bieber is setting the record straight.

The model and Rhode Beauty founder opened up in her Instagram Stories about a recent health challenge. In it, she is seen lifting up her sweatshirt to display her tummy, clarifying that the bloated area is not a baby bump — but an ovarian cyst.

“I have a cyst on my ovary the size of an apple,” Bieber, 26, wrote in the Nov. 28 story caption. “I don’t have endometriosis or PCOS [polycystic ovary syndrome] but I have gotten an ovarian cyst a few times and it’s never fun.”

“Not a baby,” she added. “It’s painful and achey and makes me feel nauseous and bloated and cramps and emotional. Anyways… I’m sure a lot of you can overly relate and understand. We got this.”

Ovarian cysts, as noted by the Mayo Clinic, are "sacs, usually filled with fluid, in an ovary or on its surface." They are common and often harmless (though women suffering may have a little discomfort). Most cysts go away without treatment within a few months.

Bieber, who married Justin Bieber in 2018, has been open about prior health scares — including a blood clot experience she called the "scariest moment of my life."

In April, the model took to her Instagram to share a video about the experience, which occurred in March.

In the video, Hailey recalled that she and her husband were having breakfast when she felt a sensation travel from her shoulder down to a fingertip, leaving her finger numb. When Justin asked her what was wrong, she found herself unable to speak properly. That's when Justin called for a doctor.

“Definitely the scariest moment of my life,” Bieber recalled at the time. “I had so many things running through my head, number one being, ‘I’m having a stroke. I’m really scared, I don’t know why this is happening, am I going to have permanent issues from this?'”

She explained that by the time she arrived at the hospital, most of her issues were resolved. She was later diagnosed with having had a transient ischemic attack, or a TIA, which is sometimes referred to as a “mini stroke.”

“If there's anybody out there who sees this and has experienced similar things but doesn’t really know the reason why, I would definitely encourage you to talk to a doctor,” she noted.
