Heidi Klum's Booty Is Next-Level Toned In A Sheer Bodysuit And Thong Bikini

  • Heidi Klum rocked a thong bikini and totally sheer bodysuit this weekend in Las Vegas, sharing pics of the outfit on her Instagram Stories and her grid.

  • The model, 48, showed off an incredibly toned booty and her rock-hard abs in the unusual 'fit.

  • Heidi is big on balancing workouts with nutrition as she gets older and her metabolism slows.

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas...Except when Heidi Klum puts on a next-level sheer bodysuit and thong bikini and posts it on Instagram for the world to see. The model was baring it all this weekend, including her strong, toned booty and sculpted abs.

Heidi, 48, dropped a pic of the experience on Instagram this Sunday, shot by her husband, Tom Kaulitz. The photo is taken from behind and shows Heidi (and her toned, legs, booty—everything) in a sheer, full-length bodysuit with a whimsical print over top. Heidi is strutting through the place (because, supermodel) and is clearly feeling herself, as she should.

Cut on over to her Instagram Story, and there’s Heidi in the same bodysuit getting out of a car. “Your outfit…it’s ridiculous. So ridiculous,” you can hear someone say in the background as Heidi raises her arms to show off more of her look—and seriously toned abs.

Oh, and she also shared a video of herself dancing with a close-up of her perky peach, and one of her swinging her hips as she walks down the hallway in Vegas.

OK, so how did Heidi stay so fit? In 2017, she told Buro 24/7 that she doesn’t work out as often as you’d think. “I don’t really exercise that much,” she said. “I don’t think you have to do a lot, but if you do a little bit [regularly], I think that’s important.”

When she does work out, Heidi has historically been big on running (in the early 2010s, you could probably catch her out on the West Side Highway). However, she told Women's Health UK that while she has “a treadmill that’s really great," mostly, "it sits there unused. I don’t have time for it.”

In recent years, Heidi has tried to squeeze in activity whenever she can, especially when it can incorporate family time. In 2017, that meant going on bike rides with her kids or jumping on the trampoline with them, she told Women's Health UK. As she's gotten older, she has tried to work on balancing her workouts and nutrition more to meet her own needs.

On the food front, Heidi told Buro 24/7 that she eats “quite a lot,” adding, “I just eat the right things.” For her, that means having a fruit and veggie smoothie in the morning, along with an egg white omelette. Lunch is usually veggies and a lean protein (think: chicken or turkey), followed by a snack of raw nuts. Dinner involves a similar take on lunch, but it’s usually less hearty.

Heidi also isn’t big on carbs. “There’s pasta, bread, chicken, fish and vegetables” regularly at craft services tables, she told Women’s Health UK. “I’ll eat everything but the pasta and bread. Do I want pasta? I do. I choose not to eat it.”

But, while she eats healthy, Heidi made it clear she’s not into eating the same thing every day. “Every day, we cook something different,” she told Buro 24/7.

That bodysuit, though…
