Sarah Hyland came to play at the People’s Choice Awards on Tuesday night.

The Modern Family alum turned up in a gorgeous white poufy minidress that showed off a flash of her abs—and her toned legs for miles. Her fiancé, Wells Adams, was sweetly on hand to cheer her on and the BTS content they both posted is everything.

Sarah shared a few videos of the two of them on the red carpet in her Instagram Stories, including one of Wells totally whipping out his phone to capture his S.O. as she posed.

Wells hilariously shared a pic on Instagram of himself rearranging Sarah’s dress for her, and it’s amazing. “I did not win a #PCA for Best Reality Series tonight. I did however win the award for best fiancé. So..ya win some ya lose some 🤷🏻♂️,” he joked in the caption.

“Best fiancé two years in a row…here’s hoping you take home best husband next year 🤞🏼,” Sarah responded in the comments.

While plenty of people obsessed in the comments over how sweet Sarah and Wells are together (because, hello), several pointed out how stunning Sarah looked. “Sarah looks amazing!” one wrote. “She shines so bright 😍,” another said.

Asking for a friend here…how did Sarah get those legs? Big picture: She doesn’t mess around with her workouts. She stressed the importance of exercise in a 2018 Instagram Story after she was cleared to work out again following a hospitalization. “Abs here I come. It's been a while,” she said. “Strong > Skinny.”

The 31-year-old actress gets that strength from a ton of different exercises, but she’s big into Pilates—a workout that’s known for creating all-over muscle tone. In October, Sarah dropped an Instagram Story montage of herself working through a bunch of Pilates moves, including thigh-burning sliding squats with resistance bands and bicycle crunches.

Sarah is into lifting, too. She has a highlight reel on Instagram called “Strong > Skinny” that has a ton of video snippets of Sarah crushing strength training moves like jump squats, sled-pushes, and pull-ups.

BRB: Gotta do some Pilates.
