Sofia Vergara, 49, Shows Off Toned Arms While Balancing on a Pool Float in Funny Video
Sofia Vergara posted a hilarious throwback video to Instagram wearing a white bathing suit while struggling to stay atop an inflatable bull pool float.
The star showed off her super-toned arms and abs in the comedic video.
She posted an update hours later on a new rideable float, seemingly demonstrating better balance.
Sofia Vergara’s stunning swimsuit photos have officially crowned her queen of summer. The star continues to make waves, as demonstrated by her pool time play this Fourth of July. In the video, the actress wore a white one-piece cut-out swimsuit which totally accentuated her toned arms and abs. She looked just as stunning as she did in her 90’s throwback bikini photos, might we add.
The Modern Family star also channeled her typical humorous demeanor with a laugh-worthy throwback video. She captioned the video “4th of july summer #tb 🫣,”—the funny video depicted the star’s struggle to stay atop an inflatable bull pool float. Throughout her faux battle with the bull, her arms looked so strong and toned.
Vergara began the video with one super-strong leg draped over the bull float, pushing off the pool steps with her other leg. As she floats away, chaos ensues. The America’s Got Talent judge struggled to stay on before letting out a yell (which fans deemed very Gloria-esque) and falling into the crystal-clear pool, completely submerged.
After pushing the hair from her face and wiping the water from her eyes, she grabbed the float and hoisted her leg over the blow-up bull, trying to pull herself back on. Vergara then continued to struggle with the float, eventually giving up, declaring “no puedo,” ( “I can’t”).

We see why Vergara posted the throwback—it looks like the star has been practicing her pool float skills since the video was originally taken. She gave rideable pool floats another go-around this Independence Day, too.
A few hours after posting the bull-riding video, Vergara shared a photo set of her taking a blow-up jet ski pool float for a ride. And while there’s no video evidence, the photos seem to be proof enough that practice makes perfect for the star who looks to be having an easier time this year.
She posted the photos with the caption “Happy 4th🍔🌭,” and kept both feet and hands securely atop the float in the photo. With red, white, and blue inflatables in the pool and a red and white outfit, Vergara seems to have had a wonderful Independence Day.
We’re glad Vergara enjoyed her holiday, and we can’t wait to see her next pool float adventure!
