When Instagram user @leonardhoespams posted this picture on Monday we’re pretty sure they didn’t expect the internet to react the way it did. That is to say, it legit lost it’s mind - once Twitter got a whiff of it that is.

The optical illusion had a lot of folk confused. Everyone was wading in, giving their ideas on what they thought they were seeing.

Once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Because these aren’t shiny legs with loads of oil on them. Not even close. They’ve just got paint on them.

The original poster has since made their Instagram private so we don’t know what they reckon about all the fuss. They’ve certainly had a lot of folk scratching their heads about it. We’re not sure how much we can trust our brains right now.
