Valerie Bertinelli Has Food Network Fans Riled Up Over Shocking Instagram

With all the recent hype Valerie Bertinelli has been getting for creating hilarious TikTok content, it's hard to remember a time when she wasn't on social media. Well, the Hot in Cleveland actress just delivered the ultimate throwback, and it's surprising many Food Network fans.
On July 5, the Valerie's Home Cooking star posted on Instagram a taste of what her fashion sense was like in the 1980s. In the photo, she paired a purple fringed and bejeweled sweater with a black clutch bag, red nails and big earrings. But don't think that was the end of the unique ensemble. To amp up the fringe effect, Valerie wore her hair with bangs and a high poof.
Fast forward, it seems that she hasn't forgotten about this out and how unique her look was. "OMG! Don’t you dare ask! 😭 ," Valerie captioned it. "The 80s were CRAZY okayyy!! My face says is all 💀 Where am I going?! WRONG answers ONLY! 😂."
Unsurprisingly, fans were eager to let the Food Network personality know their thoughts on where she may have been going in the throwback. And like her content these days, the answers were truly all over the place.
"Definitely not a VH concert! 😂," one person wrote in her Instagram comments section. "Back to Joanne’s Fabrics for more remnants," another added. "Liberace’s house?" a different fan said.
But others had a different idea of where Valerie could've been headed in the photo and there was a certain musician brought up. "Prince concert? Purple ☔️ Rain," a follower commented. "Prince concert ☔️you look adorable btw!" someone else chimed in.
Well, we think she looks great in whatever she wears, even if it's not necessarily today's trends. Memorable outfit aside, Valerie's fans may know that she's been busy gearing up for an all-new season of Kids Baking Championship while celebrating her son Wolfie recent engagement to longtime girlfriend Andraia Allsop.
